SHIRAH RAGOS SEGARRA is a Creative Director & Information Archi-tect / Business Process Analyst with over 15 years of experience work-ing with small and large firms.

She has worked extensively with Business Process Requirements in support of transformation projects. She has extensive computer skills with an emphasis on Augmented & Virtual Reality (focused on Educa-tion & Gaming) Mobile Applications, Game Design & Development, Systems Design, Dev’t and Communication, Advertising Creative Design, Dynamic Website & Mobile Commerce & eCommerce.

Shirah finished her studies in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts majoring in Advertising at the Philippine Women’s University. She likewise completed her diploma course in Computer Science in 2010 from the De La Salle University, Manila.
